Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

  

Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All orders are FINAL SALE.


If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and it will be reviewed for possible return. In the case where we approve a return, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Possible returns will only be considered if the product is unopened and unused. 

All our products are backed by full manufacturers warranties.


RETURNS

We accept returns on new, unused and unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus shipping costs. 

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or used.

If an oxygen concentrator arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund for the unit. We will accept the unit back into our facility and issue a replacement.

  

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at majorcpap@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Packing Slip, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS   

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  •         Hygienic Items. Masks, Oxygen Concentrators, Oxygen/CPAP Accessories, CPAP Machines.  
  •         Items That Have Been Opened. 

   

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note 

  • Mask sizes vary, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another.   Check with us to be sure!
